KorLearnBlock Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of KorLearnBlock. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you are not legally able to accept these terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. The service

KorLearnBlock is an educational word game designed to support Korean vocabulary and Hangul practice. Learning content is provided for general education and entertainment and does not guarantee a particular language result, qualification, or level of proficiency.

Features may change as the app is improved. Internet access may be required for sign-in, advertisements, updates, cloud or game services, support links, and other online features.

3. Google Play and connected services

The app may use Google Play Games Services, Google sign-in, Google Play billing, or other Google services. Your use of those services is also governed by Google’s applicable terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account and for activity performed through it.

4. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KorLearnBlock for lawful personal use, subject to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it.

• Do not interfere with the app, its servers, security controls, advertising, or connected services.
• Do not use cheats, automation, malicious code, or unauthorized access methods.
• Do not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use the app to violate law, third-party rights, or platform policies.

5. Advertising, purchases, and third parties

The app may contain advertising or links to third-party content and services. Third parties control their own content, availability, terms, and privacy practices. An advertisement or link does not mean that we guarantee or endorse the third party.

If paid items or subscriptions are offered, prices and material conditions will be shown before purchase. Payments, cancellations, and eligible refunds are handled under the applicable app-store rules unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

KorLearnBlock, including its original software, interface, artwork, text, organization, and branding, is owned by or licensed to pyaechit1122 and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and termination

We may update, correct, suspend, limit, or discontinue some or all of the app when reasonably necessary. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the app will work without interruption on every device.

We may restrict access when a user materially violates these terms, threatens the service or other users, or when required by law or a platform provider. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and disconnecting linked services.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, pyaechit1122 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, connected services, law, or platform requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. Continuing to use the app after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
